for the Holidays

Not all of our neighbors will be home (and healthy) for the Holidays. From illness or injury to experiencing homelessness, many of our neighbors face health and wellness challenges throughout the year.

Cayuga Community Health Network supports Cayuga County’s community health through quality, free programs that address a number of the Social Determinants of Health uniquely impacting our county.
