Positions Available:
Executive Director
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week in person
Annual Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year plus benefits
Job Description:
The Executive Director provides executive leadership, oversees all staff and functions, and ensures the financial and operational integrity of the organization. This role is heavily focused on financial management, grant writing and compliance, board reporting, and organizational accountability as CCHN continues to grow and strengthen its impact.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in relevant field (Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Finance, etc.).
Minimum 7 years of high-level nonprofit leadership experience; executive director experience preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, audit oversight, grant writing and compliance.
Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Job Description:
Provide hands-on financial and human resources leadership. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role ensures sound financial operations, strong internal controls, payroll administration, HR compliance, and grant financial tracking. The ideal candidate thrives in a small team environment and can manage multiple priorities including accounting, HR functions, and compliance responsibilities.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred OR significant experience in nonprofit finance or payroll/HR operations.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software required.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
Proven multitasker with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple grants and financial reporting tasks.
Nonprofit experience preferred.
