Our Community Health Workers (CHW’s) are here to support women ages 15-44 throughout their reproductive health journey. Regardless of where you are in that journey or what choices you make, we can help connect you with local resources and services that support your health and well-being.

Interested in meeting with one of our Community Health Workers to discuss your reproductive health choices? Check below for eligibility:
*Resident of Cayuga County
*Between the ages of 15 and 44
*Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or not planning to become pregnant - we support all choices.
*Have no insurance or receiving Medicaid

Regardless of your reproductive health decision, our community health workers can help you locate and access local services that support your individual needs.
Local services that our CHWs can assist with include, but are not limited to:*Finding a doctor
*Applying for SNAP/WIC
*Accessing Prenatal Care
*Finding Parenting Classes
*Food & Nutrition Services
*Housing Resources
*Doula Services
*Mental Health Screenings & Support
*Family Planning
*Diapers
