Our Community Health Workers assist Cayuga County residents between the ages of 15 and 44. Individuals pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or choosing not to become pregnant are eligible. Our CHWs are available to discuss your plans for your reproductive health and the options available locally.

*Resident of Cayuga County
*Between the ages of 15 and 44
*Pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or not planning to become pregnant - we support all choices.
*Have no insurance or receiving Medicaid

No matter your decision for your reproductive health, our community health workers can help you locate and access local services that support your choice.

Local services that our CHWs can assist with include, but are not limited to:
*Finding a doctor
*Applying for SNAP/WIC
*Accessing Prenatal Care
*Finding Parenting Classes
*Food & Nutrition Services
*Housing Resources
*Doula Services
*Mental Health Screenings & Support
*Family Planning
