Anyone who wants to learn how to better manage their symptoms are welcome to attend this six-week workshop, starting on Feb. 21 and running until March 29 at the United Ministry of Aurora, 337 Main St., in the church’s Social Room. The class is free and open to the general public. It includes social support, a reference book, and tools to help you take control of your chronic conditions, including diabetes and depression. Anyone welcome, 18 and older, but people with ongoing health conditions and caregivers may find the most benefit. Topics include working with health care providers, communication, better sleep, pain and fatigue , making decisions, action planning, better eating and physical activity.
