Anyone who wants to learn how to better manage their symptoms are welcome to attend this six-week workshop, starting on April 3 and running every Tuesday through May 8, at the Cato Rec Center. The class is free, and includes social support, a reference book, and tools to help you take control of your chronic conditions. Anyone welcome, 18 and older, but people with ongoing health conditions and caregivers may find the most benefit. Topics include working with health care providers, communication, better sleep, pain and fatigue , making decisions, action planning, better eating and physical activity.
