CCCHN is a subcontractor with the Cayuga County Health Department working to maximize the impact on obesity prevention, type II diabetes and other chronic diseases by implementing sustainable policies and environmental changes in our community that we live, work and play in.

CCCHN collaborates with community partners in Oral Health Initiative Projects to increase better access to dental health care.
