Funded by a grant from the New York State Department of Health, the Central New York Diabetes Prevention Partnership serves the counties of Cortland, Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga and Tompkins.

Mission: The partnership strives to inform the public about diabetes type II risk factors and prevention and assist persons with diabetes with resources and information to minimize complications from their disease.

Services: Our goal is to increase public education and community awareness of diabetes type II prevention and management of the disease. Educational materials are available to the community free of charge.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Diabetes Coalition: New members welcomed.
Diabetes Support Group: Meets monthly, everyone is welcome.
